what we do

We become your ecosystem's creative team. Portfolio projects get senior brand, marketing, motion, and AI enablement support from people who've been in web3 since 2017.

Give your projects an unfair advantage

We become their creative team so they can focus on building product while looking like the category leaders they're becoming.

Most projects fail on GTM, not tech

We de-risk your portfolio by ensuring they can communicate value. Great tech with poor storytelling gets ignored. We make sure that doesn't happen.

When a project wins, the whole ecosystem thrives

Every successful project attracts more builders, capital, and legitimacy to the ecosystem. We help create that upward spiral.

Make your ecosystem impossible to ignore

Premium creative support as a competitive advantage. Builders choose ecosystems that help them succeed strategically, not just technically.

Full-stack creative support

Companies that care about design are 2x more likely to outperform competitors. One partner for everything your projects need to compete.

Brand & Design

Full rebrands to daily social assets. Keep your portfolio projects looking sharp and consistent across every touchpoint.

Marketing Strategy

Positioning, messaging, and content strategy that actually converts. We help your projects find their angle and own their category.

GTM Support

Launch strategy to execution. We've seen hundreds of web3 launches. We know what works and what's a waste of time.

AI Workflows & Training

Custom systems that 10x your teams' creative output. We build the workflows, train your people, then hand over the infrastructure.

Video & Motion

Launch hero films, loops, shorts for social, and more. Cinematic quality that stops scrolls and drives action.

Expert Guidance

Strategic audits and advisory for your portfolio projects. Fresh eyes from people who've shipped at scale.

Feed

A collection of what we ship. Proprietary tools we're building, thought leadership from the studio, and branding work from previous clients.

FAQs

What is Ecosystem Support?

Ecosystem Support is a partnership model where we become the dedicated creative and marketing arm for your entire ecosystem. Instead of each project hiring their own agency, you get one senior team that supports multiple portfolio projects through a single retainer. For VCs, we call this Portfolio Support.

How does it work?

You pay a fixed monthly retainer. We allocate our time across your portfolio projects based on their needs and timelines. We run sprint-based planning cycles (typically bi-weekly or monthly) where we jointly decide which projects get focus. Some projects are actively worked on, others are on standby until their moment comes.

How many projects can you support at once?

Typically 5-15 projects per ecosystem, depending on the scope of support each needs. At any given time, around 5 projects are in active production while others rotate in as launches, announcements, or campaigns come up.

What services are included?

Everything your projects need to compete: brand development, marketing strategy, video and motion, GTM support, AI workflows and training, and strategic advisory. We flex based on what each project needs most. One month it's a full rebrand, next month it's launch assets and campaign support.

Who decides which projects get support?

You do. As the ecosystem partner, you decide which projects fall under the retainer. Within those projects, we handle time and resource allocation based on priorities we set together in sprint planning.

How involved do we need to be?

We run joint planning sessions with your Head of Ecosystem (or equivalent) at the start of each sprint. Beyond that, we work directly with the individual project teams. You get visibility without the coordination burden.

What's the minimum commitment?

Three months. We need time to understand your ecosystem, onboard with individual projects, and build momentum. Shorter engagements don't make sense given the investment required on both sides. After that, you can cancel anytime.

How is this different from hiring in-house?

Hiring 2-3 full-time people takes months. Then you hope they work well together, have the right skills, and understand web3. We're an assembled senior team with a decade of experience each, proven collaboration, and no ramp-up time. Plus, we bring AI-native workflows that most in-house hires don't have.

How is this different from letting each project hire their own agency?

Fragmented results. Each project gets a different agency, different quality levels, different timelines. With Ecosystem Support, you get consistent standards across your portfolio, shared context between projects, and a team that's already onboarded when a project needs urgent help.

How do you use AI?

We use AI internally to move faster and explore more creative directions. It's part of how we deliver senior-quality work at the speed web3 demands. For projects that want it, we can also build custom AI workflows and train their teams to use them. But AI enablement is an upsell, not the default pitch.

What happens if a project has an urgent need?

That's the point. We're already onboarded across your ecosystem. When a project has a launch next week or an unexpected announcement, there's no procurement process, no new vendor ramp-up. We're ready.

Can projects upgrade to bigger engagements?

Yes. If a project needs a full rebrand or a major campaign that goes beyond the normal allocation, we can scope that separately. The retainer covers ongoing support; large standalone projects can be added on top.

What's the price?

Pricing is custom based on scope and number of projects. We don't publish rates, but we're positioned as a senior partner, not a budget option. Reach out and we'll give you a clear breakdown after understanding your needs.

How do we get started?

Book a call. We'll learn about your ecosystem, understand which projects need support, and propose a structure that fits. If it makes sense, we can start with a pilot sprint to prove the model before committing long-term.
